Shipping Information

 

DTG T-shirts will deliver orders to the UK & Worldwide.

We will despatch your order within 3-5 working days and hand it over for delivery. Once you have placed your order you will see the despatch date for your order on your e-mail and dashboard when you login.

As all orders placed with DTG T-shirts are custom produced and bespoke. Once you place your order it cannot be cancelled due to the bespoke nature of our service. We order garments from our suppliers to fulfill your orders and as such our suppliers do not accept returns. All orders are final.

UK Delivery costs:

FREE UK Delivery - on orders over £50.00

First Class - Tracked (Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1 working day once despatched) - 1st Item @ £2.50 (+£0.30 per extra item)

Ireland Delivery costs:

First Class - Tracked (Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3-5 working day once despatched) - 1st Item @ £6.50 (+£2.00 per extra item)

Worldwide Delivery costs: Please be aware customs charges may be payable once delivered.

Air Mail Tracked (Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days once despatched) - 1st Item @ £12.00 (+£3.00 per extra item).

As you will appreciate once the order has been posted we are in the hands of the delivery companies and on occasion the delivery time may be extended. Our delivery times may also be longer due to stock shortages and periods of high demand. We will where possible contact you if your despatch time goes over 5 business days.

          Please be assured we do everything we possibly can to despatch your order within the 5 business days or less.
